What a fun pair of sandals for the summer! Irregular Choice Big Buckle Betty shoes propose perhaps a bit too much color but I’m sure a fun loving girl can pull these off by combining the shoes with more muted colors on top. I especially like the wide gathered suede strap with an oversized buckle. $139 at Zappos.com

Wow those are cute! I have some naughty monkey shoes that are similar in that there are a lot of colors in the shoe. I love this, because you have so much freedom to wear whatever you want with them. I like to pick one color from the shoe and match it with my top.
For this shoe, I think you could wear it with a matching teal top, or just stick with a neutral beige. As for what to wear on bottom, I would go with either a pair black capris or pants.
